DELIVERY
Usually, it takes 2-3 business days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

- USA : 5–7 business days by Free USPS First Class Mail

- 3 days Handling time is the number of business days needed to process an order before it ships. It normally begins when an order is placed by a customer and ends when a carrier picks up the package for shipment.

- Transit time is the number of business days it takes for a carrier to deliver a package once it’s picked up from your facility. (5–7 business days by Free USPS First Class Mail) .
CUSTOMS AND TAXES
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
If your order should have been delivered on time, but you still didn’t receive it, please help us out by doing the following:

- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

- Ask your local post office if they have your package.

- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info@martazon.com with your order number.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at info@martazon.com.
WRONG OR DAMAGED PRODUCT
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@martazon.com. within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

Where The Goods Ship From?
All of the items are shipped from our warehouses in the US. After you click on the size on the item page, you can see the estimated time when it can be delivered. If you cannot find your country on the checkout page, it means this state cannot be delivered for uncontrollable reasons. All costs incurred by the customs are borne by the customer; we can cover part of your loss with shopping credits.

Option 2.Express Shipping (Priority Mail Express® Service Provides Next-Say to 2–Day Delivery) after clear payment.
We also offer Express Shipping to ensure faster and safer shipment. Please refer to the express shipping fee list for different sates. If any states are not listed, we are happy to answer.
Note: Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a tracking number by Email from us. If you don’t receive the email or the package by any chance, We would appreciate it that you could contact us within 12 days. Track Your Order
After we send out your order, an automatic shipment email with the tracking number will be sent to the email address which you used to place your order. In this email just get the tracking URL of the shipping courier and tracking number, then you will see the latest update of your parcel.
So please ensure you have given the right email address of yours so that you can receive the automatic shipment email from us, if you have not received the email in 3 days, you can just send us an email to info@martazon.com asking for the shipment information.
At the same time, you can also log in to your account to get the tracking number if you have not received the shipment email. Just follow the steps below:

- 1. Click “Log in” on the right top corner of any webpage, and you will be taken to the “My Account” dashboard page.

- 2. Click “My Orders” on the left Menu, it will show you your recent orders.

- 3. Click “View Details” or “Tracking”, you will see the tracking number on the upper.
Order Status:

- Processing: we have received the payment and the order has been sent to our fulfillment centers.

- Complete: complete means we have sent the dress but not means the customer has received the dress.
