    30 Days Returns or Exchanges

    We want you to love what you buy. If you don't, here's how to make a return or exchange.

    If you're not in love with your purchase, we want to make you happy. Returns are allowed within 30 days from the purchase (shipment) date and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase (shipment) date for jewelry. Jewelry must be in new condition with all original certificates and accessories. Items must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange. Please note: We can handle a return at but exchanges must be done at our stores.

    • Jewelry must be in new condition and watches unworn, unaltered, and accompanied by the original packaging, warranty and instructions.
    • Returns and exchanges are not allowed on special ordered watches, custom designs, gift cards and merchandised received via the Jewelry Replacement Plan.
    • All refunds are credited to the same tender as the original purchase.
    • For Online Orders: We will credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges.

    Preparing Your Return By Mail

    To return a shipped item to Martazon.Com, please follow these steps:

    • Repackage item. Include the packaging slip and all original documents in the package.
    • Put the pre-printed return label on the center of the box, and the pre-printed return address label on the top left corner of the box. This is not a pre-paid label.
    • Ship your package with a paid return label and insured for the full purchase price. The return label can be purchased at any UPS, FedEx or USPS package delivery provider.
    • Your packaging slip MUST accompany the return.
    • All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before we process a refund.
    • We'll credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges, within three weeks of receiving your return.

    Cancellation Policy

    Regular orders can be cancelled for free within 48 hours after placing the order. Usually, we will ship the package in 2-3 hours after receiving the payment for the items. Therefore, please be sure to submit a cancellation request within 48 hours of placing the order.
    You can go to your order page and click “Cancel order”, or you can click the “MY ACCOUNT-Service” option which is on the bottom of our website, then we will send you a link to process your after-sale request through mail. You can also directly submit your cancellation/modification request by clicking the service link in our confirmation email.


    General Return Policy

    Step 1 Requests to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping, color/style/size/quantity error from us must be accompanied by photos that clearly shows the problem within 3 days after delivery date. In addition, please do keep the item in original condition and avoid further worn or damage.

    Step 2 For all returns, please contact our Customer Service. Our Customer Service representatives determine the eligibility for refunds and exchanges once customers have contacted us and explained their reasons for return. Returning packages without prior approval from Customer Service will be rejected or delayed.
