Where can I ship my order?

Most items sold on Martazon can be sent back to the warehouse as long as they remain unused and undamaged by you. However, there are a few exceptions. These include digital content like apps and ebooks, products that could expire quickly, personal items and items that have had their seals removed, like sealed audio and video recordings and items that have been protected for hygiene reasons. 

You’ll also need to ensure you return your items within the time period set out by Martazon’s return policy. While this can vary, most orders are eligible for return as long as they’re within 30 days of receipt of delivery.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We make every effort to provide our customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages. However please keep in mind that photographs have a difficult time showing exact colors and that the actual color of a product may vary slightly from what is shown in one of our website images. We work hard to update our website descriptions and images as soon as we aware of noticeable variations in our products that customers may find unacceptable.

You can view all of your Martazon.com receipts by navigating to the Me account of Martazon.com, choosing the Purchases option from the sidebar, and then clicking the Billing History tab.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

No, out of stock simply means the vendor does not currently have the item, but it will become available again once stock is replenished.
